Meet Dr. Rainey
Catherine Rainey
Dr. Rainey grew up in southern West Virginia and graduated from Shady Spring High School. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Alderson Broaddus University with the ultimate goal of becoming a dentist. In 2020, she achieved this goal by graduating from West Virginia University School of Dentistry.
Since then, Dr. Rainey has been practicing dentistry in north central West Virginia. She has now returned home to be closer to her family and join the dental practice where she was once a patient.
Dr. Rainey is dedicated to promoting oral health, educating her patients, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for dental care. She brings extensive knowledge, a gentle touch, and often a song or two to her practice.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Rainey is an advocate for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and actively participates in Walk MS and Bike MS. She enjoys everything Disney, playing pickleball, staying active outdoors, and supporting local businesses. Currently, she is exploring the WV Waterfall Trail with her dog, Nora. Dr. Rainey is currently an active member of the following professional organizations:
