Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Shady Spring Dental Care has been advised by the American Dental Association and the WV Board of Dentistry on Monday evening, March 17, 2020 to postpone all non-emergency dental care for at least three weeks due to COVID-19. Members of our team will be available to address any dental emergencies that you might have. You may call either of our two locations at (304)763-4665 and (304)469-4911. You will either reach one of our team members or you will have the ability to page one of our team if you have an urgent need and someone will return your call shortly. You can also leave a message if your need is not of an emergency nature and we will check our messages regularly and return calls as soon as possible.

If you have an emergency dental need, we urge you to contact our office first rather than going to a hospital emergency room or an urgent care facility. We are much better equipped to address a dental emergency than a medical facility. This is recommended so we don’t hinder the ability of our medical facilities by dealing with dental emergencies they are ill equipped to handle.

We make these significant recommended changes for the next few weeks with the goal of Shady Spring Dental Care doing our part to ensure the safety of our patients, the safety of our team, and their families.
